Worldwide Express Shipping
We offer express shipping through DHL to locations worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Transit Time International
Standard delivery time is 3-4 working days for express shipping, excluding any potential customs delays.

Transit Time in Lebanon
Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days for express shipping.

Customs & Duties
Please note that customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient at the destination.


Refused delivery
Please review your order carefully before confirming. Shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties or taxes, will apply to any returned or refused orders.

If an order is refused at delivery, shipping costs, duties, and taxes will not be refunded.

 

 

Returns

You can return or exchange any item purchased on joellezgheib.com within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Local Returns - Lebanon

To start a return in Lebanon, you can contact us at support@joellezgheib.com or via DM on Instagram (@joellezgheibofficial).

If your return is accepted, we will offer return pick-ups from any location convenient for you all over Lebanon.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Kindly note that Joelle Zgheib currently does not offer free returns. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping cost.

International Returns
To start an International return, you can contact us at support@joellezgheib.com or via DM on Instagram (@joellezgheibofficial).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

In addition, we offer return pick-ups from any location convenient for you. DHL will come to collect the item you wish to return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Kindly note that Joelle Zgheib currently does not offer free returns. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping, handling, logistics, and customs duties related to both the return and the new shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days,
for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store Credit policy

Joelle Zgheib operates under an Exchange and Store Credit policy only.

Please be aware that refunds via cash or bank transfers are currently not available.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the Store Credit was approved or not.
Once your request is approved, a code will be sent to your email, which you can apply at checkout.
